Men!!! What are they like?

Yesterday, as i was just being little old me filling up my car at the petrol station, i stared into the eyes of a gorgeous stranger...

"Cor! he`s well fit" i thought...... and yes he was!

"Do you come here often?" he asked as i blushed and tried to look cool.

"Erm, well yes....i suppose...well sometimes..i usually fill up at Sainsburys after my weekly shop" ...Groan!!!! I thought i`d well blown it...what on earth would he think of that????

Jeez!!! What a plonker!!! he started going on about how he was at the pumps almost every day of late due to the fact of the fuel prices...blah blah....Gordon Brown...blah blah...price of fish...blah blah...

And they think us women are bad!!!

I couldn`t wait to get outta there...

  Funny isn`t it? I never see stuff from a man`s point of view, but yes we were as bad as each other. He probably couldn`t wait to get outta there too!

    Serves you right for shopping at Sainsburys. Try Tesco, a much higher calibre of clientel. Failing that, I always find Aldi is fantastic for picking up desperate single mums who are gagging for it, see you there!

        Pity, I could have bought you a fish supper. Actually thats not strictly true. I could have got one out of the "green" skip for us. Apparently they still have two days left after the sell by date! I am the last of the TRUE romantics. Hurry now, I'll be gone in the sale!!!!!!!
